As a recent graduate of the Graduate School of Journalism at UC Berkeley with in-depth knowledge in video production and multimedia storytelling, Nina is eager to apply her skill at video production, content strategy and user-centered design to experiment with new ways of visual storytelling.
In her most recent experience, she explored my passions in user experience, production and design. As the main architect of the User Experience team, she applied user-centered design to improve video performance at AJ+, one of the pioneers of next-generation news.
Before attending UC Berkeley, she acted as a social media and communications group leader for Microsoft ARD, working on a full spectrum of internal and external communication initiatives. Prior to this opportunity, Nina was a user experience researcher for Microsoft CityNext Big Data Platform for six months, conducting research on data visualization and multimedia display. Nina also worked as the program coordinator in NBC Bay Area for a TV program titled International Innovators, the director assistant for Phoenix TV and CCTV Financial Channel.
